I am very grateful for those people around me who represent me and fight for me even when I am not in the room. I have learned from some amazing mentors and I do my best to pay it forward.

Having advocates who believe in your potential and vouch for your capabilities is crucial. They boost your confidence and open doors to new opportunities. Whether mentors, colleagues, or friends, these champions actively promote your skills, insights, and contributions, propelling you forward.

To all those who advocate and support others, your role is invaluable and truly appreciated.  A community of lifting each other up, advocating for one another, and celebrating achievements together is invaluable — the right people know that when one of us wins, we all do.
